Expert Product Designer - (Member Enrollment)

The Expert Product Designer will own and optimize the Member Enrollment experience, focusing on the web-based flow that shapes a member's first interaction with Sword. This role involves running iterative design cycles and collaborating closely with team members to enhance usability and conversion rates.
Responsibilities
- Owning and optimizing the enrollment flow
- Taking full ownership of the web enrollment experience end-to-end
- Running iterative design cycles focused on conversion, usability, and accessibility
- Translating data insights and user feedback into meaningful design improvements
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on flows, funnels, or conversion-driven work
- A portfolio that leads with impact, before/after improvements with metrics, followed by the detailed process narrative
- Pro-level Figma skills and comfort prototyping at speed
- Strong accessibility knowledge and commitment to inclusive design
