UI/UX Designer

The UI/UX Designer will participate in research to discover opportunities and propose multiple design options while effectively communicating chosen designs with stakeholders. They will work closely with developers to ensure the final build aligns with the intended vision and meets user needs.
Responsibilities
- Participating in research to discover and define opportunities
- Proposing multiple options for designs and weighing the benefits and risks of each approach
- Effectively communicating chosen designs with users, stakeholders, management, and developers
- Working with developers to ensure the final build is consistent with the intended vision
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience designing large and small-scale websites and apps
- Proficiency with prototyping and collaboration tools
- Experience with version control and design collaboration tools
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies

Benefits
- Basic Compensation: $103,200 - $154,700
- Additional Compensation: bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation
