The Product Designer will shape the future of computing platforms by turning broad ideas into valuable products for over 2 billion users. They will drive product strategy, design new experiences, and ensure high-quality execution.
Responsibilities
- Taking broad, conceptual ideas and turning them into something useful and valuable for users
- Driving product strategy and innovation across a large organization
- Designing leading-edge concepts through the craft of end-to-end flows
- Driving design prioritization and execution
- Designing new experiences or layouts that improve visual systems
- Communicating strategic decisions around the future direction of products
- Giving and soliciting feedback from a broader product team
- Acting as a key cross-functional lead accountable for the success of the initiative
- Influencing and driving alignment on product direction across multiple large organizations and cross-functional partners
- Mentoring and coaching others
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a relevant field
- Interaction design experience with knowledge of defining and evangelizing how an experience should behave
- Visual design experience with proficiency in typography, desktop/mobile UI, color, layout, iconography, and aesthetic sense
- Strategic product thinking with experience in developing product goals and identifying opportunities in a global market
