Lead Product Designer

As a Lead Product Designer, you will be responsible for implementing user-centered design processes and facilitating co-creation workshops. You will also represent the design team and promote the design system within the company.
Responsibilities
- User-centered approach: putting in place the various systems required depending on the context
- Facilitation and co-design: preparing and leading co-creation workshops
- Practicing the double-diamond design process from start to finish
- Representing design, being the voice of the user in the company
- Representing the design system, promoting the Schneider Electric digital ecosystem
- Taking a systemic approach and contributing to the design system
- Analyzing and using data
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in designing digital products and systems
- Strong experience in design systems and design teams collaboration
- At least 2 years of experience leading design topics
- Solid knowledge of UX methodologies
- Proactive and keen on sharing thoughts and ideas for improvement
- Exceptional communication skills and strong team spirit
- Fluent in English, speaking French is a plus
