Product Designer (m/f/d)

As a Product Designer, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end design process for features, transforming complex energy trading workflows into intuitive digital tools. You will lead the design lifecycle, from research to delivering high-fidelity designs, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design digital solutions that address both user needs and business objectives
- Effectively use AI tools to speed up workflow and improve quality of output
- Conduct research to understand the energy trading industry and translate complex workflows into intuitive, high-value designs
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Product Design (UX/UI)
- Proven track record in complex B2B or web applications
- Strong portfolio showing ability to take a feature from a messy problem statement to a polished, shipped solution
