Senior UX Designer (Web + Mobile) | Remote

The Senior UX Designer will translate product goals into intuitive user experiences for web and mobile platforms. They will own the design process from exploration to deliverables, ensuring scalability and usability across different states.
Responsibilities
- Translate product goals and requirements into elegant, intuitive UX across web and native mobile
- Own end-to-end design from exploration to ship-ready deliverables, including user flows, information architecture, wireframes, interaction models, high-fidelity UI designs, and detailed specs for engineering
- Ensure designs scale across platforms and states, including edge cases, error/empty states, and accessibility
- Propose and drive net-new product solutions supporting growth outcomes
- Explore multiple concepts quickly, make tradeoffs, and iterate based on feedback and constraints
- Create prototypes to validate concepts and communicate behavior
- Collaborate effectively across time zones with strong async documentation and crisp communication
Requirements
- 8+ years of UX/product design experience on consumer-facing digital products
- A portfolio demonstrating strong UX fundamentals, high craft and attention to interaction details, systems thinking and scalability across platforms
- Proven ability to design for web + mobile, respecting platform conventions
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product and Engineering, comfortable with ambiguity and shipping polished work
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
