Responsibilities
- Own the design of CoLab's settings and admin experience
- Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and designers to build cohesive, scalable experiences
- Lead user research and validation efforts for enterprise workflows
- Create design artifacts across the full fidelity spectrum
- Ensure design consistency across core product, admin, and integration areas
- Drive clarity and simplicity in complex spaces
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in product design, with at least 2 in enterprise SaaS
- Experience designing complex workflows or admin tools
- Proficiency in Figma and structured design systems
- Strong UX fundamentals and obsession with usability
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
