Senior Product Designer (Temporal)

Lead end-to-end design projects and collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and engineers. Conduct user research and testing while maintaining and evolving design systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
- Conduct user research and testing
- Create prototypes and wireframes
- Maintain design systems
- User-Centric Design: deeply understand and address user needs and pain points
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure designs are feasible and meet stakeholder needs
- Continuously improve designs based on user feedback and testing results
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience designing a complex system/platform
- Strong portfolio showcasing design process, problem-solving skills, and impact of work
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance design workflows (Bonus)
- Spanish language skills (Bonus)
- Availability for 6 months
