Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to delivery
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
- Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions
- Create prototypes and wireframes to communicate design concepts and test usability
- Maintain design systems to ensure consistency and scalability
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience designing a complex system/platform
- Strong portfolio showcasing design process, problem-solving skills, and impact of work
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance design workflows (Bonus)
- Spanish language skills (Bonus)
- Availability for 6 months
