As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate with agile scrum teams to enhance product offerings and ensure design solutions align with user needs. You will conduct user research and translate findings into actionable insights to improve employee satisfaction and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Create conceptual sketches to communicate design ideas and detailed design specifications
- Work throughout all phases of the design process, including conceptual design, storyboards, and persona/scenario development
- Plan and conduct user research activities, translating findings into actionable customer insights
- Collaborate with multiple functions, including product owners and engineers, seeking frequent feedback and integrating multiple considerations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 7+ years of experience in a related field
- Experience using Agile methodologies in an enterprise environment
- Demonstrated expertise in UX design and user research
- Familiarity with prototyping, front-end development, and/or content design
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Proven ability to present projects and status reports to senior management
