Product Designer, AI Growth Activation and Partnerships

Design intuitive and engaging user journeys for early activation experiences using AI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions from discovery to product usage.
Responsibilities
- Design how Asana shows up in LLM-driven discovery experiences
- Partner closely with product, engineering, data science, research, and business teams to design the end-to-end handoff experience
- Design and iterate on in-product LLM-to-trial onboarding and early activation journeys
- Partner with product and data teams to ensure growth experiences connect user needs directly to activation and early engagement
- Contribute to the evolution of design patterns, principles, and best practices for AI-first acquisition and onboarding
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of product design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating ownership of onboarding, activation, or growth-related experiences in B2B SaaS or complex consumer products
- Proven ability to design for early user value
- Experience designing AI-powered or data-informed experiences
- Fluency using research and data to inform design decisions
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
