Responsibilities
- Create user-friendly, on-brand microcopy for app interfaces
- Collaborate closely with designers to address user needs and deliver a seamless, intuitive experience
- Apply your UX writing perspectives and ideas to improve the user experience
- Ensure consistency of the content throughout the app, aligning with our brand’s tone and voice
- Maintain and update the content style guide to ensure clarity and alignment across teams
- Apply insights from UX research and testing to refine UX copy and ensure the language resonates with users
Requirements
- Advanced English (Writing and speaking)
- Writing and editing skills, with a focus on digital content
- Ability to write structured, clear, and simple texts that meet audience needs
- A true team player who values collaboration, open communication, and shared ownership of outcomes
- Ability to ask the right questions and dig into details
- Skilled in managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
