UX Researcher, Quantitative

The UX Researcher will work closely with product and business teams to identify research topics and design end-to-end custom primary research. They will communicate results and generate insights that fuel ideation and evaluate designs.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with product and business teams to identify research topics
- Design and execute end-to-end custom primary research using a wide variety of methods
- Act as a thought leader in the domain of research, while advocating for users
- Communicate results and illustrate suggestions in compelling and creative ways
- Work cross-functionally with design, product management, content strategy, engineering and marketing
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree with 10+ yearsâ of relevant experience in user experience, applied research and/or product research and development
- OR Masterâs degree and 8+ yearsâ relevant experience, or PhD and 5+ year relevant experience
- Experience coding with R, SQL, STATA, SPSS or equivalent
- Experience with survey design and response effects
- Experience applying statistical analysis methods
