As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for site improvement and content design to enhance user comfort with Rakuten Travel services. You will collaborate with UI designers, developers, and product managers to solidify requirements and designs.
Responsibilities
- Realize designs that improve the experience by using a cycle of prototyping, user testing, and results analysis
- Collaborate with UI designers, developers, and product managers to solidify requirements and designs
- Promote various development projects for building design systems, new services, and PoC
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in UX and project management
- Knowledge of HCD (Human-Centered Design)
- Proposals for new services and improvements based on user research
- Knowledge of SEO, web accessibility, and site performance
