UX Designer, ISG Research

The UX Designer will work closely with the UX lead to execute the product vision and be involved in the end-to-end product design process. They will craft intuitive experiences for clients and collaborate with research teams to make data-driven design decisions.
Responsibilities
- Help execute the product vision by being involved in every step of the end-to-end product design process
- Provide design solutions for content-focused experiences
- Create and present design deliverables
- Design and deliver responsive/adaptive solutions optimized for web and mobile interfaces
- Advocate for all user abilities by thoroughly testing design deliverables to meet WCAG ADA compliance
Requirements
- Outstanding portfolio demonstrating experience in creating experiences that solved business and user needs
- 2-5 years of experience as a UX designer
- Bachelor's degree in design or related field
- Excellent skills in Figma
- Experience designing intuitive interfaces that enhance user experience and drive customer engagement
