The Staff Product Designer will work with the business to transform existing trading platforms and create new products. They will collaborate with a cross-functional team to drive design excellence and communicate ideas clearly to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Work with the business to transform existing trading platforms and create new products
- Create prototypes, presentations, and videos to showcase product vision and secure stakeholder buy-in
- Collaborate with stakeholders across capital markets and business lines to gain support for design strategies
- Communicate ideas clearly with the team, design leadership, and executive stakeholders while remaining open to feedback
- Drive design thinking and product innovation across time horizons, setting long-term goals while landing near-term solutions that meet immediate user needs
Requirements
- Extensive product design experience with a track record of shipping transactional experiences
- Ability to work pragmatically, balancing vision with execution constraints
- Experience with user research and usability testing
- Mobile native design experience (iOS/Android)
