The Lead Product Designer will take ownership of design at getquin, defining the design direction and transforming the app into something users love. Responsibilities include leading design strategy, conducting user research, and collaborating with product and engineering teams.

- Define design direction and establish how to do user research and validation
- Take ownership of design end-to-end
- Lead design strategy and execution across the entire product
- Establish and maintain design system, ensuring consistency and scalability
- Drive user-centred decisions
- Plan and conduct user research
- Synthesize findings into actionable insights
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering
Requirements
- At least 5 years of product design experience
- Portfolio showing end-to-end ownership of features or products
- Strong UX and visual design skills
- Experience in user research
- Data-informed design approach
- Experience in marketing and brand design
- Strong communication skills
