UX Designer II

As a UX Designer II, you will define customer interactions and execute part of the design strategy for a product line. You will collaborate with research teams to identify customer needs and propose design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Working collaboratively with research to identify opportunities to better understand customer needs
- Analyzing and interpreting market trends and competitor activity
- Proposing solutions to new design challenges
- Exploring data from analytics packages to understand user behavior
- Identifying gaps in data and proposing solutions
Requirements
- Very good knowledge of the tech stack of the organization
- Understanding of the nuances of designing for different platforms
- Intermediate level proficiency in design software such as Axure, Sketch, and InVision
- Ability to build good working relationships with tech teams
- Effective communication style to present design work to diverse audiences
