
Drive the end-to-end design process for key product features in SharePoint Admin Center, ensuring solutions are user-focused and meet business standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define strategy and deliver engaging user experiences across multiple screens.
Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end design process for key product features in SharePoint Admin Center and Advanced Management features
- Work proactively through the ambiguity of new product definition, the application of new and emerging technologies and ensure the resulting experiences are human, beautifully crafted, and delightful to customers
- Champion the use of design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across SharePoint and Microsoft 365 admin experiences
- Mentor and guide other designers, fostering a culture of excellence, inclusion, and high craftsmanship within the team
- Communicate design rationale and vision to senior leaders and stakeholders, using storytelling and prototypes to drive alignment and inspire action
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 4+ years experience working in product or service design
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 5+ years experience working in product or service design
- 8+ years of professional experience in product, interaction, or UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex, enterprise-scale solutions
- Expertise in designing for enterprise admin, security, or compliance scenarios—ideally with experience in SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or similar platforms
- Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe CC), with experience working within and contributing to structured design systems
Key Skills
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex, enterprise-scale solutions
- Expertise in designing for enterprise admin, security, or compliance scenarios
- Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe CC)
- Experience working within and contributing to structured design systems
- Solid command of interaction and visual design, systems thinking and advanced prototyping skills
