Lead UX/UI work through research and user-centered design processes to deliver leading-edge experiences. Collaborate with various teams to design physical and digital experiences and ensure cross-category design consistency.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX/UI work through research and user centered design process to deliver leading edge experiences
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and external consultants to define and implement innovative solutions
- Expert in UX/UI design methods, able to leverage user centered design tools and process to guide and communicate with key stakeholders and global teams
- Continually work and feed core team with latest UX/UI trends, techniques, and technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college of design with academic emphasis in UX/UI design or a related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in a UX/UI design role with strong digital portfolio
- Master's degree preferred
- Strong portfolio of applying user-centered design practices in physical and digital product design
- Skills in understanding and synthesizing user needs through methods like contextual inquiry, persona development or participatory design
- Fluent in both English and Chinese
