
Senior Product Designer - Front End Innovation

The Senior Product Designer will conduct user research, create holistic design solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user-centric designs. They will also document design specifications and manage relationships with stakeholders to drive innovation.
Responsibilities
- Performs routine customer and user experience research by conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Creates design solutions with a holistic approach, considers ecosystems and interdependencies
- Creates visuals and prototypes to articulate design concepts and interactions
- Independently creates design deliverables and maintains consistency and aesthetic appeal across the product
- Documents design specifications, workflows and user flows, and patterns meticulously
- Collaborates with business stakeholders, actively manages relationships and challenging the status quo to foster innovation
- Implements user-focused strategies, innovations, solutions, and experiences, and conducts user testing and validation
- Understands and applies broader business and market contexts, adept at synthesizing diverse perspectives and reframing design challenges
- Works within average complexity project constraints, including budget and time limitations
- Identifies opportunities for self-development, supports team member development, and proactively contributes to design community
- Collaborates with diverse cross-functional teams, comprising product managers, developers, and marketers
- Mobilizes both internal and external resources on a project-by-project basis, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in (UX) Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design, Computer Science Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Bachelor's in areas such as User Experience (UX) Design, Information Architecture, User Research, Product Design, Usability Testing or equivalent
- No prior experience required with Master's Degree
