The Senior Product Designer will design and refine user funnels and workflows, conducting user research to develop effective UX solutions. They will also manage the full UX lifecycle and collaborate closely with the Design team, Product Managers, and Software Engineers.
Responsibilities
- Designing and refining user funnels and workflows from initial concept through usability testing, iteration, research, interviews, and surveys
- Employing strategic design thinking to craft innovative, end-to-end user experiences that balance user needs with business objectives
- Conducting user research to identify pain points and needs, then developing effective UX solutions
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Designer working on complex B2B systems and crafting user experiences for both web and mobile platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to propose multiple solutions and distill complex challenges into elegant, well-informed designs
- Deep knowledge of user-centered design best practices and trends across web and mobile platforms, along with expertise in usability principles and techniques
