As an Enterprise UX Designer, you will design and improve user experiences for complex enterprise applications, focusing on developer-oriented platforms and internal portals. You will conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to identify needs and pain points among various user groups.
Responsibilities
- Designing and improving user experiences for complex enterprise applications
- Conducting qualitative and quantitative user research to identify needs, pain points, and opportunities
- Designing user flows, information architecture, and navigation structures for a modular platform based on a plugin-driven architecture
- Translating research insights into clear UX concepts, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design assets using Figma
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer, preferably in enterprise environments or complex systems
- Strong experience in setting up and conducting user research, including interviews, testing, and data-driven analysis
- Proven experience in designing complex desktop and mobile applications that support business and technical processes
- Practical experience with design systems and standardized interaction patterns
- Advanced knowledge of Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration
