As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for developing the customer experience for Prisma.fi by combining customer and business needs through data, research, and continuous learning. You will take ownership of your area and actively influence the direction and implementation of the service.
Responsibilities
- Developing the customer experience of Prisma.fi as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Combining customer and business needs with data and continuous learning to create concrete, high-quality e-commerce solutions
- Taking strong ownership of your work and actively influencing the direction and implementation of the service
- Designing concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready user interfaces
- Planning, conducting, and utilizing experiments to produce new knowledge for decision-making
- Working continuously with discovery work and hypothesis-driven experimentation
- Ensuring solutions are scalable and produce measurable impact on the customer experience and business goals
Requirements
- Strong senior-level experience in designing digital services, particularly in e-commerce
- Ability to work with data, customer research, and experimentation
- Experience in concept, UX, and UI design, as well as visual design
- Knowledge of design systems and their development
- Understanding of accessibility and its consideration in design
- Interest in mentoring and supporting other designers
