As a Senior Product Designer, you will deliver impactful solutions by designing user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity visual designs. You will collaborate with Product Management and Engineering on cross-cutting product initiatives and contribute to the full user-centered design process.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Impactful Solutions: Design user flows, diagrams, wireframes, and high-fidelity visual designs to satisfy product requirements
- Contribute to Strategy: Actively contribute to your team's roadmap and strategy
- Execute End-to-End Design: Contribute to the full design process by creating detailed prototypes to test micro-interactions and flows
- Collaborate & Iterate: Participate in design reviews to collect feedback from designers and stakeholders
- Participate in Research: Pair with researchers, analysts, or PMs to conduct product research and usability studies
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in design or a related field, and 4-6 years of related experience
- OR Masterās degree and 3-5 years of related experience
- A portfolio that exhibits the ability to conceptualize and demonstrate visual communication skills
- Strong understanding of user-centered design processes and methodology
- Proficiency across most design competencies, including mastery of design principles
- Self-starter attitude with excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects with shifting priorities
