Lead the end-to-end design process for a multi-user platform, ensuring high-quality interfaces and a complete design system. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align design with business goals and product strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full end-to-end design process, from discovery and problem framing through to delivery, iteration, and optimisation
- Design and deliver complex, high-quality interfaces including multi-step workflows, client dashboards, admin and internal tooling, content and user hubs, and analytics and reporting experiences
- Help define and build a complete design system from scratch, including component libraries, interaction patterns, layout and grid systems, and documentation for scale and reuse
Requirements
- 10+ yearsâ experience in product design
- Proven ownership of complex, end-to-end design initiatives
- Strong background in B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms, fintech, or multi-sided marketplaces
- A portfolio showcasing complex B2B products, sophisticated dashboards and data visualisation, multi-step workflows, and complete design systems shipped to production
