Staff Product Designer

You will lead multiple areas of our product and help define the future of data analytics. You will own areas of the product from design concept to their release, actively seeking end-user feedback to improve product adoption.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple areas of the product and help to define the future of data analytics
- Work with a talented, down to earth set of data obsessed people who iterate, learn, grow, and ship value to customers together
- Design simple and elegant experiences that delight business users as they explore data and generate insights
- Own areas of the product from design concept to their release
- Work with PM, research, customer success and support teams to actively seek end-user product feedback and collaboratively advance solutions to improve product adoption and utilization
Requirements
- 12+ years experience of interaction design
- Experience driving Vision and future thinking while at the same time dealing with day to day gradual improvements
- Experience leading multiple areas and presenting new directions to leadership
- Demonstrably strong interaction design fundamentals with a flair for visual appeal
- Proven track record of designing commercially successful, world-class software
- Capable of working autonomously, leading complex design projects and delivering high quality design solutions
- Capable of rapid iteration, feedback cycles, and experimentation
- Demonstrable ability to think about entire systems, with the vision to design the big picture, and the tactical ability to break it down so that engineering can succeed in building it incrementally
- Exceptional facilitation, communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor or Masters with specialization in HCI, Interaction Design or related field
- Expert on Figma
- Startup experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing product design work with an emphasis on interaction design
