Chief UI Designer, Customer Strategy Department - Platform Strategy Supervisory Department(CSD)

The Chief UI Designer will be responsible for creating and improving the user experience of various services and products associated with Rakuten's customer strategy. This includes UI design, prototyping, and visual supervision to enhance service offerings.
Responsibilities
- UI design of Rakuten ecosystem-related products and services
- UI proposals or renovations that solve customer and vicines issues based on hypotheses
- Create, supervise, and supervise visuals that match the service Concept art, key visual production
- Prototyping to quickly verify value propositions and usability, and to promote team communication and decision-making
- Illustrations and pictogram production necessary for web page design
- Creative production necessary for marketing and promotion
Requirements
- Strategic design proposal ability
- App, mobile and web design experience
- Familiarity with UI design and prototyping tools
- High communication and presentation skills
- Feedback skills
- Japanese language skills (business-level conversation, reading and writing)
