The Junior Graphic Designer will create visually engaging, on-brand design assets for various digital and print channels. They will support marketing and brand campaigns through strong visual execution, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Create visually engaging, on-brand design assets for digital and print channels, including social media, website, email, paid ads, and in-studio communications
- Support marketing and brand campaigns through strong visual execution, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaigns objectives
- Design and adapt assets for product launches, new concepts, and franchise-related communications
- Apply and adapt design work across the various Tribute Brands concepts, maintaining brand consistency within each brand’s identity
- Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high level of attention to detail
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in design, previously working within a marketing or brand-led environment
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Experience using After Effects - motion graphics skills are a plus
- Experience designing for both digital and print formats
