The Graphic Designer will support the marketing team by developing print and online design solutions that align with corporate communications and marketing strategies. This role involves managing the entire production process from concept to final delivery while ensuring all projects follow brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop print and online design solutions that align with corporate communications, training, and marketing strategies
- Create and maintain engaging digital content for stakeholders, ensuring all projects follow brand standards and established processes for quality outcomes
- Provide creative solutions across various print and web projects
- Manage the entire production process from concept to final delivery
- Collaborate with team members and leadership at all levels, and consistently update project progress using our collaborative project management tools
Requirements
- Minimum of five years’ professional experience working as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across a variety of print and digital media
- Compelling design and typography skills as well as the ability to clearly communicate through visual messaging
- Expert knowledge of Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Skilled at managing multiple projects and consistently meeting tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Takes initiative and embraces challenges to ensure successful outcomes
- Ability to develop good rapport with staff and vendors to meet customer expectations
- Associate’s degree or above in Web, Graphic Design or Electronic Media
