The Graphic Designer will create and produce marketing communications pieces for internal clients and collaborate with team members to ensure visual materials align with broker strategy. They will also manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.

- Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files, ensuring technical accuracy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or fine arts preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an agency, corporation, or small business
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience with PowerPoint and Canva is a plus
- Strong portfolio showcasing layout design and photo retouching skills
- Excellent attention to detail, typography, and layout skills
- Strong communication and time management abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to handle constructive feedback
- Positive attitude, self-starter and strong problem-solving skills
- Commercial real estate experience is a bonus
- Online portfolio required
