Product Designer (Full Time)
Innercrowd Remote (đłđ± The Hague, South Holland, Netherlands)
You will lead the entire design process from early discovery and prototyping through final deployment, ensuring solutions meet user needs and business objectives. Additionally, you will collaborate with marketing to maintain and evolve the visual brand identity.
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire design process from early discovery and prototyping through final deployment
- Craft wireframes, user flows, and polished, high-fidelity designs
- Partner with marketing to maintain and evolve the visual brand identity
- Map the full user experience and spot ways to improve touch points across digital channels
- Work hand-in-hand with developers to bring designs to life
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in UX, UI, or Product Design
- Portfolio with user research, interaction design, visual design, and customer journey mapping
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite
- Solid grasp of user-centered design and usability best practices
