The Product Designer will identify customer needs and lead discovery activities to inform design solutions. They will work in a cross-functional team to deliver impactful experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Responsibilities
- Identifying and understanding customer needs and behaviors
- Leading and supporting discovery activities, such as user interviews and usability tests
- Working in a cross-functional team to deliver impactful solutions across multiple platforms
- Creatively translating opportunities into elegant and effective experiences
- Rapidly and pragmatically producing concepts and prototypes
Requirements
- 3-5 years of product design experience within a consumer-focused organization
- Proven record of successfully shipped mobile and web experiences
- Design thinker and problem solver with a deep understanding of customers and business
- Comfortable planning and conducting research from interviews to surveys
- Excellent visual design skills and proficiency in design tools
