Senior UX Designer

The Senior UX Designer will lead user research and experience design across various initiatives, supporting junior team members and collaborating with stakeholders. They will also identify opportunities for UX to add value and contribute to the development of the UX strategy.
Responsibilities
- Leading and supporting user research and experience design work
- Line managing 2-3 direct reports and mentoring junior UX design team members
- Supporting the development of medium to long-term UX strategy
- Identifying opportunities for UX to add value across upcoming initiatives
- Acting as an influential UX specialist across the organisation
Requirements
- Senior User Experience Designer/Researcher with in-depth experience
- Empathy and ability to navigate sensitive topics in research
- Strong design skills covering key UX processes
- Ability to communicate and present UX concepts and design decisions
- Agile methodologies and experience working in multi-disciplinary teams
