The UI/UX Designer will lead the design of user experiences for AI-enabled applications, collaborating with product managers and engineers. They will conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and contribute to design systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead UI and UX design for AI-enabled applications using Figma, from early concepts through to production-ready designs
- Work closely with AI Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and Tech Leads to ensure designs support product goals and technical feasibility
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions
- Contribute to and evolve design systems that support consistency and scalability across multiple AI initiatives
- Support rapid iteration and experimentation while maintaining high standards of usability and visual quality
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and design system management
- Experience conducting user research and incorporating feedback into iterative design improvements
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Experience working in hybrid or distributed teams, using collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and delivery tools like Azure DevOps
