The Senior Product Designer is responsible for the end-to-end user experience of products within the QAD Suite of ERP solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define UX vision. This includes conducting research, designing workflows, and validating designs through user feedback.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Management to create user-centered experiences using personas, storyboards, user journeys, and flowcharts.
- Design and document wireframes, prototypes, and final mockups that balance strong technical understanding with creative problem-solving.
- Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, senior leadership, and stakeholders to define and drive UX vision and strategy.
- Conduct outside-in research to gain deep insight into real-world customer needs and business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Psychology, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5–7 years of experience in product design, preferably within ERP systems or complex enterprise applications.
- Expert-level interaction design skills with a strong command of the UX process.
