UX / UI Product Designer

You will shape the end-to-end UX and optimize critical B2B workflows while owning the design system and collaborating with engineering for implementation. Additionally, you will drive user research and iterate on designs based on data and feedback.
Responsibilities
- Shape end to end UX.
- Map and optimize critical B2B workflows (survey creation, analytics, alerting).
- Own the design system.
- Drive user research.
- Iterate relentlessly.
Requirements
- 5+ years designing complex B2B SaaS products (dashboards, workflows, admin interfaces).
- Portfolio that shows user-centred process from research prototypes shipped UI.
- Strong UX research chops: interviews, surveys, usability tests, heuristic reviews.
- Mastery of Figma (or Sketch/Adobe XD/etc) and prototyping tools.
