
As a Product Designer, you will identify user problems and opportunities, design intuitive solutions, and collaborate with developers to ensure proper implementation. You will also contribute to the Design System and participate in user testing and interviews for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Identify user problems and opportunities with Product Managers
- Design intuitive and innovative solutions for user problems
- Apply a rigorous design process from user research to high-fidelity prototyping
- Collaborate with developers to ensure perfect implementation of designs
- Contribute to the Design System with other designers
- Organize user tests and interviews for continuous improvement
- Participate in improving processes and methodologies for Product Design
- Promote Product Design culture within the company
- Hold a transverse vision of the user journey within the tribe and between tribes
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in product design
- Excellent design and prototyping skills
- Perfect mastery of UX methodologies
- Rigorous writing and methodological skills
- Ability to use qualitative and quantitative indicators to make decisions
- Ability to document and stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Good mastery of Figma and Notion
