The Product Designer will deliver exceptional user experiences through thoughtful design and continuous iteration, collaborating effectively with diverse teams. They will own their work across the entire lifecycle, from initial ideas to design, review, build, and ongoing refinement after release.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional user experiences through thoughtful initial design and continuous iteration
- Design from concept to implementation, considering usability, accessibility, localization, scalability, and — where relevant — crafting clear, concise interface copy that’s in line with UX writing best practices
- Conduct user research studies to gather qualitative and quantitative data (usability testing, user interviews, A/B testing, etc) to understand customer needs, validate design decisions, and refine user experience
- Collaborate effectively with diverse teams, ensuring smooth communication and high-quality design execution
- Own your work across the entire lifecycle, from initial ideas to design, review, build, and ongoing refinement after release
- Ensure all deliverables align with requirements and the established design system
- Engage in constructive design critique with designers and cross-disciplinary partners
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end product design for mobile and web platforms, with a portfolio demonstrating your design process, decision-making, and final outcomes
- Bachelor's or master's degree in human–Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, User Experience, or related field
- Proven experience working in with cross-functional product teams
- Experience with design systems and technical implementations
- Ability to clearly present and explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Good prototyping skills with a focus on clear and effective visual communication
- Have proven craftmanship in UX, UI, and user-centered design principles
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, particularly Figma
- Solid experience in user research and usability testing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the payments or financial services industry is a plus
- Experience of using AI in your design process is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in English
