Product Designer

The role involves understanding product goals and user problems to optimize member impact. Additionally, the designer will present creative solutions and integrate user experience research into product development.

Responsibilities

• Product Understanding: Comprehend product goals, identify requirements, and address user problems to optimize both member impact and company benefits
• Solution Presentation: Illustrate and present creative solutions that enhance user experience; effectively communicate design rationale to stakeholders
• Research and Integration: Support user experience research, share findings, and integrate insights into product development to continually refine user interactions
• Design System Management: Work within, expand, and maintain a comprehensive and efficient design system, ensuring consistency and quality in design outputs

Requirements

• 3+ years experience, with at least 2 years of UI/UX design experience and 2 years of dedicated product design experience
• Proven Experience: Proficient in design principles and best practices, including typography, desktop/mobile UI, color schemes, layout, and iconography
• Possesses a diverse and compelling online portfolio that showcases a wide range of design projects
• Critical Thinking: Willingness to challenge assumptions and commit to ongoing professional development
• Bias Toward Action: Demonstrated ability to take initiative, make decisions under uncertainty, and move projects forward even in the face of ambiguity
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: Strong adaptability to changing business needs with a knack for building and optimizing processes
