Graphic Designer & Marketing Specialist

You will contribute to AEGIR-Marine's marketing efforts through digital and traditional campaigns, managing social media, and creating marketing materials. Additionally, you will analyze marketing results and collaborate with internal teams to translate marketing needs into actions.

Responsibilities

• Managing our social media by planning, content creation, publishing, and performance monitoring
• Developing and executing creative online and offline campaigns
• Designing visuals and marketing materials to use internally and externally
• Using AI tools to support text generation, image creation, trend analysis, and workflow optimization

Requirements

• Relevant experience in social media management (tactical and operational)
• Familiarity with AI applications in marketing (text, image, automation)
• Hands-on mentality: proactive, ownership, and getting things done
• Accuracy and organizational skills: able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Key Skills

• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar tools
• HBO level through education and experience in marketing, communication, or related fields
