
The Senior Graphic Designer will orchestrate generative AI tools to produce high-volume, on-brand creative assets and support the rebrand rollout to ensure brand parity across all assets. They will also collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver enterprise-grade creative at scale.
Responsibilities
- AI-Augmented Creative Production: Orchestrate generative AI tools to rapidly generate and iterate on visual assets
- Build and maintain brand-aligned prompt libraries, workflows, and guardrails for scalable creative output
- Curate, refine, and elevate AI-generated designs using strong fundamentals in layout, typography, color, and storytelling
- Design assets across the marketing stack: demand gen, brand, product, partner, field, and events
- Create large-scale experiential designs and cohesive event collateral
- Support rebrand rollout and ensure 100% brand parity across all assets
- Build scalable brand systems usable by both designers and AI-generated workflows
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, templates, and digital brand portals
- Design high-performing, responsive web experiences that balance narrative, clarity, and conversion
- Partner with engineering to ensure clean design-to-production handoff
- Drive rapid experimentation with multiple creative variations informed by performance data
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver enterprise-grade, on-brand creative at scale
Requirements
- Experience: 2â5 years in graphic/visual design (startup or agency experience preferred)
- Design Foundations: Strong portfolio demonstrating layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling for B2B audiences
- Generative AI Skills: Hands-on experience with AI design tools; strong prompt-crafting and AI-output curation skills
- Tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma (print and digital expertise required); familiarity with AI-integrated workflows
- Mindset: Fast, adaptable, experiment-driven, and performance-orientedâcomfortable prioritizing impact over perfection
- Collaboration: Clear communicator who can explain creative and AI-driven decisions to non-design stakeholders
- Brand Sensitivity: Ability to balance speed and experimentation with strong brand consistency
