Design high-converting static and motion graphics for paid media, focusing on creative performance and branding. Collaborate with team members to develop visually compelling ads that drive results for eCommerce clients.
Responsibilities
- Designing static graphics and light motion creative for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid channels
- Creating compelling visual concepts and iterating based on performance data and client feedback
- Collaborating with copywriters, editors, and strategists to bring ad campaigns to life
- Adhering to brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in digital graphic design, ideally in performance marketing or eCommerce context
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects, or Figma
- Experience designing for Meta and TikTok Ads, with understanding of platform-specific creative best practices
