Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will own the end-to-end design process, including problem discovery, user flow mapping, and creating wireframe concepts. They will collaborate with product managers and engineers to define project work and timelines.
Responsibilities
- Owning end-to-end design processāproblem discovery, scoping, map user flows wireframe concepts, and pixel perfect handoffs to product/eng
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to scope project work, define design process, and timeline
- Build & testing prototypes
- Managing and overseeing structured design files and work spaces
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in product design
- Experience in consumer/luxury product design, data visualization, fintech, workflow UI and funnels, content management systems
- Can frame strong rationales for design decisions and persuade peers and executives
- Design decisions calibrated by research and data
Key Skills
- Strong collaborator with product managers, engineering teams, and fellow designers
- Communicates concisely with both pixel and words
- Systems thinker: Able to see the big picture, understanding how various elements of a system are interconnected and influence each other
