Contribute to end-to-end design across digital channels to deliver world-class digital products and service solutions. Collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and other key stakeholders to identify problems and new opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to end-to-end design across digital channels to deliver world-class digital products and service solutions
- Uphold and contribute to the high level of creativity and innovation standards across our digital products
- Leverage data and insights into actionable outcomes and informed decisions
- Distill complex problems into elegantly simple, intuitive designs with an eye for the details
- Collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and other key stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Cognitive Science or related fields
- 3+ years industry experience in product design or related field
- Strong understanding and proficiency in all parts of human-centered design
- A portfolio that demonstrates experience in designing and contributing to product releases
- Entrepreneurial drive and a desire to work in a complex, commercially focused, fast-paced environment
Key Skills
- Strong understanding and proficiency in all parts of human-centered design
- Experience with Figma, as well as design systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
