Design polished, user-centered experiences that apply CAI’s UX frameworks across various surfaces. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and design partners to integrate CAI features into Adobe products.

Responsibilities

  • Design polished, user-centered experiences that apply CAI’s UX frameworks across web, desktop, and mobile surfaces
  • Use Adobe’s design system to ensure consistency, visual alignment, and accessibility within our ecosystem
  • Produce high-quality visual design, UI layouts, interaction flows, illustrations, and refined UI states
  • Translate complex technical concepts into intuitive, approachable interfaces
  • Create detailed mockups, flows, prototypes, and design documentation to support engineering handoff and cross-functional alignment

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of professional experience designing digital products (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Proficiency in Figma and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Ability to deliver thoughtful, high-quality visual design and interaction design within complex systems
  • Interest or experience in designing marketing, branding, or educational contexts

Key Skills

  • Strong visual design and interaction design skills
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively
  • Collaboration and teamwork skills
