The Staff Product Designer will simplify complex user needs into practical design solutions and collaborate with various teams to drive multiple projects forward. They will also innovate and reimagine how people work with documents.

Responsibilities

  • Simplify complex user needs into practical design solutions that are grounded in user research and data
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, experience design, and research to create the future of Document Cloud
  • Balance multiple projects while delivering on business goals
  • Lead and encourage teammates, fostering relationships across the company
  • Innovate and reimagine how people work with documents

Requirements

  • Related degree and/or 6+ years of equivalent practical experience
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design tools such as Keynote, Sketch, or Figma
  • Comfort mentoring, encouraging an inclusive and empowering environment for other designers to do innovative and impactful work
  • Ability to clearly communicate sophisticated ideas both verbally and in writing form

Key Skills

  • Strong design craft and visual design skills
  • Experience with design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively
  • Collaboration and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
