Product Designer

Lead the design of new products and features through the full development cycle while collaborating with PMs and Engineering Leads. Help shape design systems and advocate for the value of design across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of new products and features through the full 0–1 development cycle
- Collaboratively participate in defining the company strategy and product roadmap
- Plan and execute user research necessary to inform product decisions
- Rapidly design and prototype ideas with tight feedback loops to quickly validate product direction
- Deliver compelling designs with an appropriate balance of viability, functionality, and delightful user experiences
Requirements
- 4+ years working at a senior level in product design
- Established track record of impactful, collaborative design work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience creating designs for every step of the process, including wireframes, diagrams, mockups, and prototypes
- Expert-level skills at design and prototyping tools, primarily Figma
- Strong sense of initiative, thoughtful synthesis of feedback, and swift adaptability when faced with ambiguity
