Responsibilities

- Lead the creation and development of wireframes and interface components
- Lead the design discipline of the business unit
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure precise implementation of design solutions
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices
- Conceive and conduct internal and client workshops
Requirements
- Proven experience as a leader in design
- Portfolio that demonstrates skills in user experience
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD
- Domain in user-centered design principles and agile methodologies
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Data-driven
