UX Designer

The UX Designer will design innovative solutions for web-based tools and collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to create user-centered experiences. They will also conduct user research and present findings to guide design decisions.
Responsibilities
- Design innovative, intuitive solutions for new features and enhancements
- Gather requirements and create user-centered experience flows
- Conduct user research, analyze the data, and present findings
- Build flexible and scalable products/features
- Work closely with Product Managers to identify problems, business goals, and user outcomes
- Collaborate closely with the development team throughout the lifecycle of the product/feature
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX
- Ability to work independently with a product team
- Experience as an interaction designer on enterprise or B2B products
- Portfolio highlighting projects demonstrating user-centered design solutions
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
- A passion for innovation and problem-solving
- Hands-on experience working with User Researchers
- Proficiency in UX Design tools such as Figma
